Other Information:

Applicant must hold a valid N.C. hunting license and N.C. waterfowl privilege license at the time of the drawing. The basic hunting license does not include the waterfowl privilege, it must be purchased separately. Those without these licenses and their party members will be disqualified from the drawing.

• A youth hunter less than 16 years of age who is not licensed may apply for this permit, but must be a member of a party with a properly licensed adult.

• Duplicate permit applications will result in disqualification of the applicant and all party members, if applicable.

• Those who failed to return the 2012–2013 tundra swan permit survey by the deadline will not be eligible for a permit in the 2013–2014 season and will be disqualified during the draw process.

Attention Tundra Swan Hunters

Effective with the 2013–2014 hunting season, the Wildlife Resources Commission will implement a preference point system for the Tundra Swan Permit Program. Eligible applicants not awarded a tundra swan permit in the 2012–2013 season will be eligible for a preference point in the 2013–2014 permit draw process. For additional information on preference

points, go to www.ncwildlife.org.
