• Do I need a boat to access my hunt area? No, the impoundments are walk-in; however, some have access from area rivers that may assist in a closer walk-in point.
• Can I wade within the impoundment? Yes, but wade with caution. There are ditches and holes throughout the area. Hunter crossings are marked with white carsonite or PVC posts. • Are there any hazards in the area? Yes, old fence lines with barbed wire fencing still exist on the area. Be cautious when wading and/or using a dog to retrieve downed waterfowl.

• What kind of blind is available? There is a wood-constructed blind, brushed with vegetation, capable of wheelchair usage and companion seating. There is a ramp for a companion or retriever to access the water and footbridges on-site to navigate ditches in the area for decoy placement or game retrieval.
