Wildlife Damage Control Agent Certification Classes:

 

Notice: This training is required for individuals wanting to become a certified Wildlife Damage Control Agent.

 

NCWRC - 2 Day WDCA Certification Training Course

 

Wildlife Damage Control Agent Recertification Options:

 

Notice: To qualify for recertification you must complete one of the training options listed below during the 12 months prior to the expiration of your certification.

 

National Wildlife Control Operators Association (NWCOA) Training Courses: (WRC requires a minimum of 8 NWCOA Continuing Education Units (CEU) to count for recertification) 

National Wildlife Control Training Program(NWCTP) NC Specific Online Recertification  $200  

  • Once registered you have one year to complete the course.
  • This course has a test. Test must be completed within a 3 hour period.
  • You are allowed two attempts to pass the test with no required time interval between attempts.  

 

NWCOA & NPMA Wildlife Expo (up to 10 CEU's):  3 days; $445 members, $500 non-members; January 30-February 1, 2018 

 Advance Hands-On Coyote Trapping Workshop (8 CEU's): 1 day; $75 NCTA members, $100 non-members; Saturday, March 10, 2018- New London

Advance Hands-On Coyote Trapping Workshop (8 CEU's): 1 day; $75 NCTA members, $100 non-members; Saturday, April 14, 2018- Pitt County

 Fur Takers of America (FTA) Trappers College (6 nights, 7 days): $1,400; September 9-15, 2018  

 Advance Hands-On Coyote Trapping Workshop (8 CEU's): 1 day; $75 NCTA members, $100 non-members; Saturday, October 20, 2018 (Franklin or Granville County-TBD)
