The Lifetime License Customer Database is currently being updated for the 2023 - 2024 season. In previous seasons this portal was available as early as June 1st to begin requesting your seasonal items. As NCWRC prepares to transition to our new Go Outdoors North Carolina licensing system on July 1st, this portal will remain down until the new system has launched. Please check back in July.
