\n\nThe Classroom:
\n\nVirtual progr ams will be conducted using MS Teams. Registered students will receive an invite with a link to join the class at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class. The MS Teams app is available as a free download. You may also join the class using your browser. All participants must log in \;by providing their first and last names. For the protecti on of the class\, anyone logging on as a guest or not identified as previo usly registered will not be permitted to join the class.

\n\nWe hope to not only provide great program content but to create an environment that allows for interaction with other interested anglers and support for those connections. Therefore\, we encourage all participan ts to turn on their cameras when entering the classroom. Greetings and int roductions may be made prior to the start of class.
\n\nYour partici pation in the classes adds to the experience and we encourage you to ask q uestions. We ask that everyone mute their microphone when you enter the cl ass. To ask questions\, use the raise hand button and the instructor will call on you at which time you should unmute your microphone. We\, also\, e ncourage the use of the chat feature during the class. The chat will be mo nitored\, and questions posted will be answered as time allows.

\n\nAny course handouts will be attached to the invite that you receive for the workshop. Please\, print the handouts pri or to the class as they may be required for reference during your class. I f materials are needed such as in our fly-tying workshops\, they will be m ade available via a dropbox located under the Outdoor classroom just insid e of the gate of the Pechmann Fishing Education Center. These are availabl e for local pick-up only. Distant students are responsible for their own t ools and materials for these virtual classes. There will be provided a lis t of needed materials in the handout and posted on the registration page o n the NCWRC website.

\n\nTo manage classes the seats most effectively for ea ch class are limited. Often\, these classes fill very quickly\, and we wil l often have a long waiting list. Our goal is to serve as many interested students as we can with our given resources. If for any reason\, you can n o longer attend\, please let us know promptly. If possible\, cancellations should be made 72 hours prior to your class date. This will allow adequat e time to offer the space to someone who has been placed on the waitlist. Participants that do not show for their pre-registered program may lose th eir registration fee or may not be allowed to register for future programs .
