\n\nVirtual programs will be conducted using MS Teams. Registered stud ents will receive an invite with a link to join the class at least 48 hour s prior to the start of the class. The \;MS Teams app \;is available as a free download . You may also join the class using your browser. All participants \;m ust log in?by providing their first and last names. For the protection of the class\, anyone logging on as a guest or \;not \;identified as previously registered will not be permitted to join the class. \;

\n\nWe hope to not only provide great program content b ut to create an environment that allows for interaction with other interes ted anglers and support for those connections. Therefore\, we encourage al l participants to turn on their cameras when entering the classroom. Greet ings and introductions may be made prior to the start of class. \;

\n\nYour participation in the classes adds to the expe rience and we encourage you to ask questions. We ask that everyone mute th eir microphone when you enter the class. To ask questions\, use the raise hand button and the instructor will call on you at which time you should u nmute your microphone. We\, also\, encourage the use of the chat feature d uring the class. The chat will be monitored\, and questions posted will be answered as time allows. \;

If mate rials are needed such as in our fly-tying workshops\, they will be made av ailable via a dropbox located under the Outdoor classroom just inside of t he gate of the \;Pechmann \;Fishing Education Center. These are av ailable for local pick-up only. Distant students are responsible for their own tools and materials for these virtual classes. There will be provided a list of needed materials in the handout and posted on the registration page on the NCWRC website. \;

\n\nTo manage classes the seats most ef fectively for each class are limited. Often\, these classes fill very quic kly\, and we will often have a long waiting list. Our goal is to serve as many interested \;students as we can with our given resources. If for any reason\, you can no longer attend\, please let us know promptly. If po ssible\, cancellations should be made 72 hours prior to your class date. T his will allow adequate time to offer the space to someone who has been pl aced on the waitlist. Participants that do not show for their pre-register ed program may lose their registration fee or may not be allowed to regist er for future programs. \;
