\n\nVirtual programs will be conducted using MS Teams. Registered stude
nts will receive an invite with a link to join the class at least 48 hours
prior to the start of the class. The \;MS Teams app \;is available as a free download.
You may also join the class using your browser. All participants \;must log in?by providi
ng their first and last names. For the protection of the class\, anyone lo
gging on as a guest or \;not \;identified as previously registered
will not be permitted to join the class. \;

\n\nWe hope to not only provide great program content but to create an envir onment that allows for interaction with other interested anglers and suppo rt for those connections. Therefore\, we encourage all participants to tur n on their cameras when entering the classroom. Greetings and introduction s may be made prior to the start of class. \;

\n\ nYour participation in the classes adds to the experience and we encoura ge you to ask questions. We ask that everyone mute their microphone when y ou enter the class. The chat will be monitored\, and questions posted will be answered as time all ows. \;

If materials are needed such as in our fly-tying workshops\, they will be made available via a drop box located under the Outdoor classroom just in side of the gate of the \;Pechmann \;Fishing Education Center. The se are available for local pick-up only. Distant students are responsible for their own tools and materials for these virtual classes. There will be provided a list of needed materials in the handout and posted on the regi stration page on the NCWRC website. \;

\n\nTo manage classes the seat s most effectively for each class are limited. Often\, these classes fill very quickly\, and we will often have a long waiting list. Our goal is to serve as many interested \;students as we can with our given resources . If for any reason\, you can no longer attend\, please let us know prompt ly. If possible\, cancellations should be made 72 hours prior to your clas s date. This will allow adequate time to offer the space to someone who ha s been placed on the waitlist. Participants that do not show for their pre -registered program may lose their registration fee or may not be allowed to register for future programs. \;
