\n\nVirtual programs will be conducted using MS Teams. Registered stud ents will receive an invite with a link to join the class \;the day of instruction\, prior to the start of class. The \;MS Teams app \;is available as a free download. You may also join the class using your browser. All participant s \;must log in? by providing their first and last names. For the protection of the class\, anyone logging on as a guest or \;not \;identified as previously registered will not be permitted to join the class. \;

\n\nWe hope to not only provide great program content but to crea te an environment that allows for interaction with other interested angler s and support for those connections. Therefore\, we encourage all particip ants to turn on their cameras when entering the classroom. Greetings and i ntroductions may be made prior to the start of class. \;

\n\nYour participation in the classes adds to the experience an d we encourage you to ask questions. We ask that everyone mute their micro phone when you enter the class. To ask questions\, use the raise hand butt on and the instructor will call on you at which time you should unmute you r microphone. We\, also\, encourage the use of the chat feature during the class. The chat will be monitored\, and questions posted will be answered as time allows. \;

If materials are needed such as in our fly-tying workshops\, they will be made available via a drop box located under the O utdoor classroom just inside of the gate of the \;Pechmann \;Fishi ng Education Center. These are available for local pick-up only. Distant s tudents are responsible for their own tools and materials for these virtua l classes. There will be provided a list of needed materials in the handou t and posted on the registration page on the NCWRC website. \;

\n\nLate/No Show Policy: \;
\n\n< p>To manage classes most effectively\, the seats \;for each class are limited. Often\, these classes fill very quickly\, and we will often have a long waiting list. Our goal is to serve as many interested \;student s as we can with our given resources. Please let us know promptly iff\, fo r any reason\, you can no longer attend. If possible\, cancellations shoul d be made 72 hours prior to your class date. This will allow adequate time to offer the space to someone who has been placed on the waitlist. Partic ipants that do not show for their pre-registered program may lose their re gistration fee or may not be allowed to register for future programs.  \;\n\n \;
