We encourage all st
udents to dress comfortably and appropriately for \;current \;weather co
nditions. \; \;A brimmed hat and
protective eyewear are encouraged for all fishing activities\; however\,
these items are \;
required \;for all fly-fishing programs. Closed-toed shoes are appropria
te for footwear \;at all programs. \;

Rod building and lure making students should wear long pants and close d-toe shoes to protect against spills. Lure making students should also we ar long sleeve shirts during class. The Pechmann Center will provide addit ional protective outer garments during these classes.

er will provide all the equipment and materials \;needed to participate in our programs. \;For outdoor programs\,<

\n\nAll outdoor fishing events will be conduc ted weather permitting. Weather permitting is defined as every day\, unles s there is active precipitation\, lighting in the area\, extremely hot or cold conditions\, or public service announcements that advise people to st ay indoors due to weather conditions that could be hazardous. Short period s of time outdoors may be provided even in very hot or cold weather. Parti cipants are responsible for their hydration and proper dress while attendi ng classes. However\, it will be the Pechmann Center staff&rsquo\;s discre tion to halt any activity or event\, whenever an unsafe condition exists.< /span>
