\n\nCheck-in will begin 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the Virtual class. We encoura ge everyone to logon at least 5 minutes prior to the start time.

\n\nThe Classroom:
\n\nVirtual progr ams will be conducted using MS Teams. Registered students will receive an invite with a link to join the class at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class. The MS Teams app is available as a free download. You may also join the class using your browser. All participants must log in \;by providing their first and last names. For the protecti on of the class\, anyone logging on as a guest or not identified as previo usly registered will not be permitted to join the class.
\n\nWe hope to not only provide great program content but to create an environment th at allows for interaction with other interested anglers and support for th ose connections. Therefore\, we encourage all participants to turn on thei r cameras when entering the classroom. Greetings and introductions may be made prior to the start of class.

\n\nYour partici pation in the classes adds to the experience and we encourage you to ask q uestions. We ask that everyone mute their microphone when you enter the cl ass. To ask questions\, use the raise hand button and the instructor will call on you at which time you should unmute your microphone. We\, also\, e ncourage the use of the chat feature during the class. The chat will be mo nitored\, and questions posted will be answered as time allows.

\n\nAny course handouts will be attached to t he invite that you receive for the workshop. Please\, print the handouts p rior to the class as they may be required for reference during your class. If materials are needed such as in our fly-tying workshops\, they will be made available via a drop box located under the Outdoor classroom just in side of the gate of the Pechmann Fishing Education Center. These are avail able for local pick-up only. Distant students are responsible for their ow n tools and materials for these virtual classes. There will be provided a list of needed materials in the handout and posted on the registration pag e on the NCWRC website.

\n\nLate/No Show P olicy:
\n\nTo manage classes the seats most effectively for each class are limited. Often\, these classes fill very quickly\, and we will often have a long waiting list. Our goal is to serve as many interest ed students as we can with our given resources. If for any reason\, you ca n no longer attend\, please let us know promptly. If possible\, cancellati ons should be made 72 hours prior to your class date. This will allow adeq uate time to offer the space to someone who has been placed on the waitlis t. Participants that do not show for their pre-registered program may lose their registration fee or may not be allowed to register for future progr ams.
