\n\nCheck-in will begin 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the class.

\n\nLate/No Show Policy:
\n\nThese classes fill very quickly\, and we usually have a very long waiting list. Our goal is to serve as many interested students as we can with our given resources. If for any reason\, you can no longer atten d\, please let us know promptly. If possible\, cancellations should be mad e with 72 hours prior to your class date. This will allow adequate time to offer the space to someone who has been placed on the waitlist. Participa nts that do not show for their pre-registered program may lose their regis tration fee or may not be allowed to register for future programs.
\n\n \;
\n\nAll programs will begin at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may forfeit their slot to waitlisted students who are on sit e. Late participants may only join the program if it does not cause undue disruption to the class in progress and at the discretion of the instructo r.  \;

\n\nDress:
\n\nW e encourage all students to dress comfortably and appropriately for curren t weather conditions.  \;A brimmed hat and protective eyewear are enco uraged for all fishing activities\; however\, these items are requ ired for all fly-fishing programs. Closed-toed shoes are appropri ate for footwear at all programs.
\n\n \;
\n\nRod building and lure making students should wear long pants and closed-toe shoes to p rotect against spills. Lure making students should also wear long sleeve s hirts during class. The Pechmann Center will provide additional protective outer garments during these classes

\n\nW eather Guidelines
\n\nAll outdoor fishing events will be co nducted weather permitting. Weather permitting is defined as every day\, u nless there is active precipitation\, lighting in the area\, extremely hot or cold conditions\, or public service announcements that advise people t o stay indoors due to weather conditions that could be hazardous. Short pe riods of time outdoors may be provided even in very hot or cold weather. P articipants are responsible for their hydration and proper dress while att ending classes. However\, it will be the Pechmann Center staff&rsquo\;s di scretion to halt any activity or event\, whenever an unsafe condition exis ts. \;

\n\nPhoto Release Notice:
\n\nCompletion of this program registration grants the North Car olina Wildlife Resources Commission permission to use photographs or video taken at this event for educational and promotional purposes of the Wildl ife Resources Commission in any media\, including its website.
