Donations to the NC Wildlife Resources Education Programs will benefit:

NC Wildlife Resources Education Centers

Donations help provide   programming at the agency’s education centers. These initiatives bring awareness of the importance of the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission, its mission and its work to the public; and engage audiences through programs and opportunities, so they actively participate in the conservation of the state’s wildlife resources.

Becoming an Outdoor Woman (BOW)

Donations fund partial scholarships for women to attend multi-day workshops. The BOW program offers women 18 and older opportunities to learn skills that enhance and encourage participation in hunting, angling and other outdoor activities. Skills offered in the BOW program may include, but are not limited to, Outdoor Cooking, Fly Tying and Fishing, Canoeing, Hunter Safety, Archery, and Firearms Usage.
