Admission: Admission is free; please call to sign up for programs. Contributions to the center are gratefully accepted; donation boxes are located in the lobb. Please ask the information desk about tax-deductible gifts to the center.
Accessibility: All exhibits are universally accessible. Hearing assistance devices are available for video presentations. To request accommodations to attend a program or event, email wrceducation@ncwildlife.org.
The Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education offers many volunteer opportunities at the Center as well as Citizen Science initiatives with the Network for Endangered Sea Turtles. You can help orient guests, explain education programs and take reservations, and help deliver education programs. If you enjoy being outdoors or learning about the history of our area, please consider becoming a volunteer.
