The Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education invites you to explore coastal North Carolina's wildlife, natural history and cultural heritage.

Location:
The center is located in Currituck Heritage Park on Highway 12 in Corolla, next to Currituck Beach Lighthouse and the Whalehead Club.

Hours of Operation:
Open daily, 9am-5pm.
Open Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Friday. Closed on other state holidays.
Admission/Donations:
Admission is free; please call to sign up for programs.
Contributions to the center are gratefully accepted; donation boxes are located in the lobby. Please ask at the information desk about tax-deductible gifts to the center.
Accessibility:
All exhibits are universally accessible. Hearing assistance devices are available for video presentations.
The N.C. Wild Store:
The N.C. Wild Store offers nature-oriented merchandise, including books, posters, gifts, artwork and apparel. The store also carries Wildlife Commission educational materials. All proceeds of N.C. wild Store products support conservation education projects and programs.
